So here I am, in the middle of a foreign country and all of the people my age are party animals. Awesome. Okay, I'm a huge fan of going out to celebrate things, and even getting really wasted is alright from time to time. But every night isn't exactly why I'm here.
So we have spring break in a couple weeks, and my close friend here with me is supposed to be making plans with me. We had this list of places, we've been looking stuff up. But now she has decided she wants to go exactly where the party girls go. So I'm left on my ass to travel alone or I have to go follow them to the places THEY wanted to go to. Well I may never get to come to Europe again. I'm sure as hell not changing my dream vacation because other people want to hit up bars!
Well I happened to get sat next to this wonderful girl on the plane. I really couldn't have been paired up better. At first I was disappointed that I didn't get to sit next to my friend, but this girl is me but older and more adorable. She isn't a huge partier and she is very interested in the same places I am! SUCCESS!
So I think I have new plans for spring break. So much for old reliable friends, eh?
Harry Potter book is at home, so it's waiting for me to come back.

First week in Europe!
So... I've been here for about 2 days now. We left Nebraska on Sunday morning and arrived in Olomouc on Monday afternoon. I had my first beer Monday night with dinner! Something tall and lemony. Still not sure how you say it. My friend and I split a pizza and got everything for 61 czech crowns apiece! That's like 3 or 4 bucks. HELLO CHEAP DINNER! Today (Tuesday) we got shown around the city and had some orientation sessions. B and I came back to the dormitory for lunch to get some things done, seemed like a really good choice! However, we apparently hadn't been paying attention that morning on the tram ride because we had no idea what stop to get off on when we were trying to get back to the university campus that afternoon! Our dorms are across town from the actual campus. We ended up panicking and getting off one stop early and walking a little extra, not too big of a deal! We also found the store Globus and we bought some awesome stuff. Like smelly (like sea breeze) Toilet paper! I'll take a picture! We went to McDonald's for dinner! Chicken McNuggets and french fries are just as delicious in the Czech Republic! I did a "Point and Gesture" order job at lunch today. True universal language -- pointing. That's got to be all for now happy readers!
